Dr. Bernard Jin obtained his dental degree from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Dentistry in 1995. He subsequently entered the General Practice Residency Program (an extensive multidisciplinary program) at Vancouver General Hospital, BC Children's Hospital, and UBC Specialty Clinic. For more than two decades, Dr. Jin has been practicing dentistry with an emphasis on Oral Surgery, Implantology and Conscious & Moderate Sedation. He also regularly mentors doctors in study clubs and workshops, teaching implant and grafting techniques to hundreds of fellow dentists nationally and internationally.

Dr. Jin is a registered and certified moderate sedation provider; he received his training from the UBC/VGH GP Residency program and the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry. Before being a dentist, Dr. Jin worked as a high school teacher and served in the Canadian Armed Forces. In addition to spending time with his wife and two children, Dr. Jin enjoys photography, playing guitar, and cruising on his motorcycle.
